Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Farm Hand to join our team at our small-scale farm in Candia, NH. The ideal candidate should have prior farm work experience and be able to perform physical labor in a demanding outdoor environment. As a Farm Hand, you will be responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the farm, including planting, harvesting, caring for crops, and taking care of livestock.
Responsibilities include:
Assist with planting, harvesting, and caring for crops
Feed and care for livestock such as chickens, goats, and sheep
Operate and maintain farm equipment
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Assist with other farm tasks as needed
This position requires someone who can handle the physical demands of farm work, including lifting heavy bags of grain and hay bales weighing 50 pounds or more, shoveling, raking, pushing wheelbarrows, splitting firewood, planting gardens, and taking care of animals year-round. Additionally, we organize special events throughout the year at the farm, which our animals also participate in. You should be comfortable interacting with people, especially children, and willing to pitch in during these events.

Requirements include:
Prior farm work experience preferred
