Job Description:

As a Territory Manager, you will play a vital role in driving sustainable sales growth and delivering outstanding customer service to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a designated territory and developing strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

  • Providing technical information, product training, and business support to clients, ensuring they have the best solutions for their needs.

  • Representing Grosafe and promoting our range of products and services to the agricultural and horticultural communities.

  • Leveraging your industry networks to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless service and support to customers.

  • Embracing a flexible work arrangement, including work from home and travel, across various areas of the South Island.

Skills and Experience:

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and qualities:

  • Proven experience as a territory manager within the agricultural and horticultural sectors.

  • Strong industry networks and knowledge of the agriculture and horticulture markets in New Zealand.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Technical acumen and the ability to provide sound advice to customers.

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of achieving sales targets.

  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
