Job Description:
As a Farm Worker, you will play a vital role in various farm operations. Your responsibilities will encompass planting, harvesting, irrigation, machinery operation and maintenance, and general farm tasks. Working alongside a supportive team and reporting to the Farm Manager, you'll ensure the smooth daily operation of our farm.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops
Operate and maintain farm equipment and machinery
Monitor and maintain irrigation systems for proper water distribution
Assist in pest and weed control activities
Perform general farm maintenance duties
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience in farming or agriculture is preferred, but not essential
Ability to work effectively within a team and follow instructions
Physical fitness to handle outdoor work in various weather conditions
Willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks
Basic understanding of farm machinery operation is advantageous
