Position Overview:
We are in search of a dedicated Farm Hand to join our team at Englefield Plains, situated approximately 25 kms from Junee and 60 kms from the regional hub Wagga Wagga, NSW. This role involves contributing to various operational aspects of running the farm.
Skills and Experience Required:
The ideal candidate will exhibit a proactive mindset and a genuine aspiration to build a career in the cropping industry. Essential qualifications and skills include:
Recent experience operating modern farming machinery like sprayers, spreaders, seeding rigs, and harvesters
Familiarity with Precision Agriculture techniques and technologies
Strong attention to detail
Solid workshop and mechanical skills
Ability to work autonomously and within a small team
Passion for farming
ChemCert, First Aid, FLT ticket (advantageous)
